What kind of technology is used in organisations ?

Information and Communication Technologies also known as ICT's 

are an important in organisations.

Hardware and Software are two examples of the main ICT's.

Hardware includes such things as:

Laptops

Computers     

Internet Modems

Mobile phones           

Software includes such things as: 

Windows

Microsoft Office 

Email

MYOB

Intranet                               

Hmmm...
